Chez Bloom Policies:
Same Day DeliveryDelivery TimesChez Bloom is unable to guarantee a specific delivery time. Deliveries are made between 1:00 PM (CST) and 4:00 PM (CST) to businesses. Deliveries made to a residence, hospital or hotel are made between 1:00 PM (CST) and 6:00 PM (CST). In the event of a funeral, Chez Bloom will make every effort to ensure an appropriate time of delivery for the visitation and/or service. We typically verify all funeral deliveries with either the Church and/or Funeral Home once the Obituary is placed.
If your order is placed by 11:00 AM (CST) Monday through Saturday, Chez Bloom can typically deliver the flowers the same day. For Valentine's Day deliveries, we reserve the right to deliver on Monday, February 11, 2019, Tuesday, February 12, 2019 or Wednesday, February 13, 2019 depending on demand for Thursday, February 14, 2019.
Chez Bloom requires certain vital details in order to ensure we are able to make a delivery to the recipient.
1. Name of Recipient
2. An accurate Residential or Business Address, including the Name of Building, Suite Number, and special instructions to a specific business. Example: Target Corporation has multiple corporate locations in the Downtown Minneapolis area including a Mail Stop address for employees.
3. Zip Code
4. Contact Phone Number: The phone number is crucial if the recipient does not or is unable to answer the door or is not at home. If an arrangement is not able to be hand delivered to the recipient, or is unable to be left with a neighbor, the flowers may be brought back to the store. We will either call the sender and/or the recipient's phone to arrange for the recipient to either allow for a delivery to be left at the delivery address at the time of delivery or time to pick-up the arrangement at our store. The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave the arrangement. Chez Bloom cannot be held responsible for missing or perished product due to this request.
5. Please make sure the recipient is location you specify on the day of delivery. Chez Bloom is not responsible for deliveries to recipients that may be gone from the address on the delivery date.
In-Store Pickup of Flowers
Please set the Shipping Address for in-store pickup as 4310 Bryant Avenue South, Minneapolis, Mn 55409 along with the recipient's name.
We have a minimum of three hour window once the order is placed to complete and have available to pick up In-Store for the same day.

Every fresh floral arrangement on our web site is proprietary to Chez Bloom and is hand-crafted upon each order. There may be times when the seasonality of a particular flower, availability, or the climate may determine whether it should be used in an arrangement. We strive to ensure the highest quality and longevity of our arrangements. Some flowers are meant to be enjoyed for a short period of time due to its natural characteristics. "Dahlias are an example of a flower with a 3-4 day vase life." Flowers are perishable just like vegetables! We follow strict handling and care techniques of all flowers we receive from all growers. Mother Nature has the final say in all variations of colors, perfections, and imperfections of all flowers. Photographs and other form of pictures may not represent the exact color or shade of color of a particular flower. Size is another variable which is difficult to interpret on a picture. Chez Bloom makes every effort to describe the approximate size of each arrangement if requested.
